We understand that in the beginning people often have a number of questions which is natural so what we have done to assist you is to put together a list of the most common questions we have been asked by new clients and provided responses to them below.

1. I have no real experience with the internet and don’t have any ‘technical’ skills so will this be a disadvantage…

No, you do not require any special set of skills or need to know how to understand anything ‘technical’.  The whole business has been set up to make it as easy as possible for anyone to be able to able to do no matter what level of experience or skill you have.  Some of our most successful clients had no experience with using the internet (other than perhaps searched for a few things on Google) so level of skill certainly should not be used as a barrier to your success.

It is more important to have the right ‘Mindset’ and ensure you treat this as business but you do not require special technical skills.

2. Do I have to choose the products in the Category I choose for my website?

Firstly, if you have been fortunate enough to have been offered Jennie’s “Special BONUS” where she has offered you ALL 16 Product Categories, you will no doubt be very excited to know that you have already started building your web business portfolio significantly and you have many products available to sell in many complimentary product categories or niches.

With regards to choosing the actual products in each category, again we have done all the hard work for you on this by providing a range of products already.

The Great news is you do Not have to invest the many hours required to do all the market and product research, actually create the product, build the website, create the sales page etc.

We have significantly short cut the whole process by doing this all for you.  You just have to complete a few fairly straight forward steps like creating your email accounts, setting up a Paypal account (if you do not have one) and “Activating” the products on your website which requires no technical skills.  We show you in a very user friendly, ‘step-by-step’ system how to do this and provide special ‘tutorials’ to guide you so it is like we are there with you showing you how to do it. Help is always at hand if you need it.

3. Are the Products I sell mine (after my initial investment do I then have access to all the products that you have or do I have to purchase them) and when I sell them do I have to pay Web Business Academy any Commission on these sales?

We have secured the complete rights to the products you sell for you and the products you sell as part of your web business package are yours 100% and you keep 100% of the profits.  There are absolutely No commissions payable to us for any sales you make.

You may not necessarily be the ‘personal’ author of an eBook, unless you add your content to them (in which case you certainly can acclaim to be the ‘author’) but they are your products and as mentioned you keep 100% of the proceeds on any sales.

We also provide you with a range of ‘affiliate’ products in each category that are ‘complimentary’ to the products that are yours.  With these products, you do not pay for them but if you sell any, you pay the ‘owner’ an affiliate commission (usually 50%).  These are provided to offer you an even greater range of products within each of your categories/niches.

Please Note – You do not have to purchase additional products from us at all (you can later if you like as you build and grow your portfolio but this is certainly optional)

4. Is their postage and packing included with the products or are people paying to simply download them from my site?

The beauty of this business (compared to a more ‘traditional’ business) is that there is absolutely no postage and packing to worry about as all products are downloaded electronically.  You could of course choose to offer a ‘physical’ component if you choose (e.g. could include an ‘upsell’ for a small amount extra to customers with the option to purchase the products on a disc with other bonuses included….) but this is certainly completely optional.

5. What if I have my own product or would like to add other products in my Category/Niche?

Firstly, if you have your own products, or would like to add other products to any category/niche, that is great (provided they are ‘complimentary’ of course).  This just makes your web business even more Unique so we certainly encourage you to do this over time when you are ready to do so.  By no means do you have to do this to be successful but we think it is an excellent way to grow your business and make it more unique.

Of course, it would be wise to do a little bit of homework and ensure that any products you are looking to add are a good fit and a healthy market that is interested in the product.

If you add your own product categories and either add original, sourced or affiliate products in this category (or an existing one), at the end of the day, you should research your markets and what sells online as this is the most important thing of course.

If the products you are looking to add also happens to be an area that you have an interest in or are in fact an ‘authority’ or expert in then that can certainly be an advantage as you will be able to use your knowledge and ‘add value’ to the material and content which will also make it more ‘unique’.  This can help differentiate your products in the marketplace further which is a good thing of course.

As mentioned… ultimately it comes down to what sells in the market.  We encourage you to ‘add value’ by changing and adding information, content etc to products where you can and if you have special skills then by all means use these where you can.

The actual task of “Adding a Product” to your web business is made easy via your powerful online ‘Web Success’ Wizard which guides you on how to do this yourself.  Don’t worry, no ‘technical’ skills are required (the Wizard does all this for you) and you do not have to pay a web master or anyone else to do this for you.

6. Is it a totally secure website?  Customers want to know their credit card details and personal details are safe before they buy so are their sites Verisign or 3D secured?

Yes, the sites are 100% secure. All payments are handled by PayPal, which means the clients details are never actually seen or stored by the website.  PayPal are secured by Verisign with a 168bit 3DES Key (triple encryption)

7. What Control do I have over my website, the content and messages I include on my site?  Do I have to hire and pay for a webmaster (or get you) to make simple changes and additions to my site?

This is an excellent question and the answer is actually the complete opposite to what you may think.  You actually have Complete Control over your AAA Web Success business and can easily manage every aspect of your business and your new web site through your powerful Web Success Wizard.

One of the great features about your new web business is how easy it is to edit and make changes – all by yourself without the need to hire a webmaster or have a technical member of your staff only able to change or update things on the site.

You are completely Empowered by having Total Control and Flexibility over your web site and you can manage everything quickly, easily and without added cost which great news!  We will also continually add features that will assist you to grow your business and of course if you need assistance with anything we will help you at No additional charge.

The Wizard is your online site management center that you can access online anywhere in the world.  It is your home base for all the information you need to know on how to manage your site, set up your business, learn how to market your business, customize your website with ease, receive information on new updates and important announcements for your new web business… plus a whole Lot more.

8. With regards to support, hosting, domain name registration, Wizard access etc… what happens after the first year?   Are we able to get continued support, Wizard access and ongoing education  after 12 months?   I especially wish to maintain forever the ability to have control and amend my site myself!

The Wizard, domain name registration, hosting and Support are all Included in your package price for a full 12 months.  After 12 months, there is likely to be different packages/options that you can choose from.  We will certainly not ‘abandon’ you after this time and will always offer basic support for your web business if you need it.

There will probably be a range of packages available for you to consider in 12 months time. In general, you will be able to choose from basic ‘web hosting only’ packages up to more ‘inclusive’ packages that will include higher levels of support, ongoing education, continued wizard access and all future updates etc.

We cannot confirm the exact investment for the various packages at the time, but as a guide, could range from approx $15 per month up to perhaps $40 to $60 per month depending on package options at the time (this is very much a guide only).

The ongoing investment to essentially run your business will be very modest however and of course any business has some costs.  Compared to ‘traditional’ business any ongoing investment will certainly be significantly less.  All that said, it is Your business and you can do what you want with it.  There is absolutely No obligation to continue any service with us and you can choose to not take up any services or packages that we may offer.

9. How does the affiliate marketing work?

This is all explained in much more detail in your Wizard so that is probably the Best place to get a more comprehensive explanation on how to use affiliate marketing effectively (which will be much better than what I can offer here).

In short though, you can get people to affiliate to Any of your products and market and sell them for you (essentially they become part of your ‘sales team’).  If they send someone to any of your products and they buy the product you pay your affiliate a commission for it (usually 50%).

Of course this is tracked to them via a coded link and you are happy to do this because they have helped you make a sale that you otherwise would not have made.  It is a very powerful way to ‘leverage’ your business so definitely something you want to build up over time.

10. How do you get the commission from ads being clicked on from the Google advertising site we receive as part of this package?  Does this go via you or is it directly between myself and Google?

With regards to the commission you receive from your google advertising blog site, this is done directly between Google and yourself.  We are not involved in this process at all and do not receive anything for this.  You set up your Google Adsense account direct with Google (we provide details on this via your Wizard) and they pay you any commissions for clicks made from related ads on your site.

11. What if I have a question or get stuck on something with my ‘AAA Web Success’ business.  Do you provide help and support if I need it?

You are certainly Not on your own.  We have a very professional and experienced team to help you with any requirements you may have.
We have many easy ways of being contacted if you ever need assistance with anything.

12. When and where are the AAA Web Success Bootcamps?

Information about our Workshops or more intensive Bootcamps (dates and locations) will be provided to you via email and /or via your ‘Web Success’ Wizard so please check your Wizard in particular for regular updates on when the next event will be held.

The Bootcamps really are an essential part of your package and education and it is no surprise to us that the clients that achieve the greatest levels of success are the ones that have the commitment to attend these bootcamps and continue their learning.  These events really help take you and your business to the next level so we cannot recommend you attending the next one available.

13. Do you offer other business packages that we can invest in if we want to build our web portfolio?

We do offer other web business packages which you can look at as you grow.  This is a way we help you to grow your web business portfolio over time but it is completely optional.  Naturally, we have a vested interest in you being successful because we know that you will consider doing more business with us and extending our partnership together.  This is the main way we grow our business, by helping our clients continue to build their portfolio over time with our assistance if they choose to do so.

Different packages will vary in price and will depend on what you are looking to do and your goals.  We have some set packages and others can be customised to your requirements.  We recommend you start with this business package initially but please contact us directly if you would like to discuss additional options that might help you grow your web portfolio when the time is right for you.

14. Is there any Ongoing Investment required by me to run my ‘AAA Web Success’ business with the Web Business Academy?

NO, there is no requirement or obligation to pay anything extra to us to be able to run your AAA Web Success Business.  Everything, including your Website, Domain Name Registration and Hosting, Unlimited Support via phone, Email, Skype, Wizard access etc is all included in the first 12 months of your business.  The value of this alone is worth the investment in this package.

Of course if you want to ramp up your marketing and invest in optional paid marketing mediums (e.g. Google Adwords) there is some investment required here.  Any smart business owner will realize it is beneficial to invest some money in their marketing – it is important that it is ‘targeted’ marketing of course to maximize the return on your marketing investment.

The bottom line is the AAA Web Success Business package is one of the Quickest, Easiest, Cheapest and Most Valuable ways you, as a “Forward Thinking” business owner can build a valuable asset in the weeks, months and years to come that you can Leverage from for life.
