Firstly, let us explain a bit of background to this to help you understand the importance of it for your business and your future.

We have been in the web business and internet marketing arenas since the ‘dawn of its time’. Alot has happened, particularly over the past 2-3 years that has bought business alive online – which is proving to be beneficial for all parties involved — MOST OF THE TIME. Like everything, there’s a dark side and some websites have proven NOT to be trustworthy with your contact details or your money. Further, too many websites are so poorly constructed and so poorly presented, Google and Yahoo dont want anything to do with them and neither does the marketplace.

SO! Let’s assume you’re not a scammer but you’re a real business wanting to help and service people with your products and services. What do you do about the possibility of having some of the biggest traffic providers like Google and Yahoo not wanting to have anything to do with you … and what about your marketplace – how much are you losing for reasons you dont even know are issues, that are ultimately costing you and your family your rightful lifestyle?

Think about it, aren’t websites like most everything else: physical stores – not all are of equal value, motor vehicles – not all are of equal value, television sets, stereos, shoes within each product group – not all are of equal value. That means there are GOOD, QUALITY web sites, in the eyes of the big players online and also the consumers and marketplace these sites are targetting and there are BAD, POOR web sites in the eyes of the big players and marketplace.

And it gets a tad worse – not all webmasters and online marketing services are of equal value. Many are home-based solopreneurs who are so busy working for clients they dont stand a chance at keeping up with emerging trends, web developments and key player demands. Let’s face it, alot of website owners leave all of this in the hands of one of two people who are probably really good at design and presentation, maybe have picked up a few key skills and insights here and there – but they do not have the time to study and involve themselves in formulating ‘forward-moving’ web success – they’re flat out just trying to make all the changes you want.

You can use colors, creative capturing images and offers and a swag of other gimmicks and gadgets (now some of them do have a place and are useful) but if you dont have your web site FUNDAMENTALS right … and provide a GOOD, QUALITY web site in the eyes of those who matter most to you, then the rest is simply wasted time and money – and no doubt you’ve invested significantly in your web presence.

The reality is, you probably have alot of things wrong on your web site that are alienating your marketplace and also the key players online including Google and Yahoo. Dont blame your webmaster, appreciate that one or two people cannot hold the knowledge base of something as broad based and as intricate as marketplace demands, key player demands, client demands of online business, not to mention the demands in their personal life.
