To add this list to your Wordpress Blog, log into your wp-admin —> Go to Settings –> Writing –> Update Services (scroll to find) … paste this list in to the box and save the information.

NOW, every time you blog, you will send out a ‘ping’ alert automatically – isnt THAT great!
